A Parent-Child intensive designed to reduce anxiety, improve regulation, and restore connection in a focused, supportive way.
For families who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and worried that weekly therapy isn't creating enough change.

You may be noticing:
Your child's anxiety or emotions seem to be getting bigger
Meltdowns, avoidance, or shutdown are becoming more frequent
Simple routines (school, sleep, transitions) feel like daily battles
You're walking on eggshells, unsure what helps and what makes it worse
If you've already tried therapy, strategies, or accommodations and things still feel stuck, it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. It means your child's nervous system may need more focused support than weekly sessions allow.
Weekly therapy can be helpful, but for many children:
Progress resets between sessions
Parents don't get enough guidance or coaching
Regulation skills aren't practiced long enough to stick
A Parent-Child Intensive creates space to work with your child and you together, so changes can be felt at home, not just talked about in session.

This not longer therapy.
It is:
A structured, developmentally appropriate experience
Focused on one core issue (anxiety, regulation, avoidance, connection)
Designed to help parent understand how to support their child's nervous system
During the intensive, we:
Help your child feel safe and regulated
Identify patterns that escalate stress
Teach concrete tools parents can use immediately
Strengthen paren-child connection and confidence
A Parent-Child Intensive may be a good fit if:
Your child struggles with anxiety, emotional regulation, or avoidance
You feel unsure how to help without making things worse
Weekly therapy hasn't created enough momentum
You want clear guidance and a plan you can follow

This intensive may not be appropriate if:
There are active safety concerns
There is an ongoing custody or court issue
The child is not stable enough for focused work
All families are carefully screened before scheduling.
Step 1: Consultation
A brief call to understand your child's needs and determine fit.
Step 2: Preparation
Simple pre-work to clarify goals and reduce overwhelm.
Step 3: The Intensive
Half-day or full-day focused sessions with parent involvement.
Step 4: Integration
Clear next steps, tools and recommendations for continued support.
